I hear ya mine Rowdy 14 wks & Bella 10 wks do the same thing. I have found that if i go out with them & give them lots of attention they will go alot better. I get them excited by telling them lets go potty & things like that.
I also let them know if i catch them in the act that i'm not happy & that the did something wrong
