Okaaayy, after reading all this, I feel the need to apologize to panama69 for being skeptical. This is certainly a situation like no other. God has ways of bringing people to us when we are in need and I pray that is what He will do for you. I believe that some people on this earth are angels and from what I've read there are many of them here on YT. Together joining forces your baby will be with you again.
I do want to point out that in dogster her city is the big friendly in SC. If you see her profile it says the big friendly, FL, so I'd check into that discrepancy. Although if you have phone numbers of her relatives you may pin down the city more accurately. Perhaps in speaking to her relatives they can persuade Joy to do the right thing and return the pup. God can move mountains.
