If the Prozac is working well for you in all other aspects, then you could try Paxil, Lexapro, Celexa, or Zoloft, all of which are SSRIs similar to Prozac. I also like Wellbutrin because it doesn't cause as many problems with reduced sexual drive or weight gain, however, it is a NDRI and is not as effective for some people.

If you have trouble sleeping, then you could try Trazodone in addition to one of the SSRIs. Trazodone is also an antidepressant but has a side effect of drowsiness and is generally taken before bedtime. It works well with SSRIs and can also help control anxiety. It is also sometimes used for insomnia.

Great info! I've been on Prozac, Lexapro, and Celexa. The last 2 work the best for me. I've changed them and the dosage a few times. It's just something you have to work out for your body. I'll tell ya though... I wouldn't be without them! I'm also what someone said about seasonal - but it's really about the amount of "light" I get. One good thing about Vegas
