Nutrical is not for weight gain and its not really a vitamin supplement either, tho that's what its sold as. its basically a tube of sugar that's used for young and small puppies that might become hypoglycemic. You said your yorkie is 4 years old right? she does not need this and its not they key to put some weight on her.
The food that you have her on isn't the best but if that's what you want to keep her on then give her a little more then you usually do. Does she always eat all her food or does she leave some in the bowl? How much do you give her daily?
