Well sadly i have decided to sell this jacket. I got it for Layla in New York and i was hoping it would fit... lol.... but she isn't going to loose THAT much weight. I believe it is a Small but would fit a 4lb baby perfectly! Layla is 13 inches around her chest and it will do up, however is way too snug. She is 10.5 inches long and it is a bit short on her.
