Liver brownies Boo-Boo's Liver Brownie Treats
> 1 cup flour or spelt flour perfered
> 1 cup oatmeal
> 1 teaspoon garlic powder
> 1/2 cup wheat germ (not oil)
> 1 pound raw beef or chicken liver
> 1teaspoon parsley
> 2 eggs
> Puree liver in a food processor or blender
> Add dry ingredients and eggs mix well

> On a greased cookie sheet, drop 1 teaspoon of the mixture and flatten with
> the bottom of a glass dipped in flour.
> Bake at 350F until firm
> may cut in squares
