Here is my question, maybe someone knows the answer.
If you still have her original papers, then aren't you still the legal owner? This would make it a theft. Maybe someone knows the answer to that. Either way it looks like she could be arrested for theft or fraud. I have a feeling that this is not the first time she has broken the law
If you know her real name and her aliases, you can get an address easily enough.
There are many websites where you can find every address she has ever used and her relatives for a very small fee. She may have some family members who would be willing to help you. It will even give you her real age and I would not be surprised to find out that being 19 was a lie as well.
