Why is it that you have to be donating member to post Yorkie products for sale but anyone can come in and list a puppy for hundreds and hundreds of dollars without being a donating member?

Kind of seems unfair IMO.

I would think someone would be more likely to scam someone out of hundreds of dollars (which I believe has happened before- I could be wrong though) as opposed to some product(s) being sold for much less.
