 Coat tamers
My Gracie has a black cotton or "wooly" coat and I keep her in a puppy cut. I comb her every day with a human regular comb being careful to have my fingers between her skin and coat in case of mats. I have her groomed every 6 weeks and bath her only once between groomings with 8in1 perfect coat tendercare puppy and 8in1 perfect coat moisturizing conditioning rinse. They work great........but you still have to comb or use a slicker brush daily. NEVER bath a matted puppy.............mats will be 10 times worse....I always comb her late in the evening as she starts to snooze.........never when she is active. Hope this helps. |
