Welcome to YT!! I see you have a big boy too!! My "little" boy as I call Max is 10 lbs and he's only 7 months. So don't worry about the size thing you'll get use to it. It will better too since you have kids and they will be playing with him. About the throwing up mine did that when he first came home but I think it was the change in enviroment and his getting use to being in his new home.
