Apparently this church that they are using isn't so lenient they asked if I could be the Godmother as well as one of my BIL's sisters, who is Catholic, and they said that it had to be either 1 female or 1 male or 1 female and 1 male. And that one of them had to be Catholic, but my BIL doesn't have any male friends that are Catholic that he wants to be the Godfather, so now they are just going to have one of my sister's bestfriends who is Catholic be the Godmother. I guess it just depends on the church.
