So, yes, I would say that a puppy that only weighs 3/4 oz. is definitely very, very small. I am not saying there will be anything wrong with the puppy, just be cautious and watch it's development.

Yes, I will watch the boy's development. Actually, she has been kind enough to agree to take pictures of him every single week until I have him, so that's quite nice of her. But I don't want to lead her on if I'm still not too sure.

Have you sold puppies before? Are you a breeder? Back to my original message: I would feel badly if I had to turn her down too! I don't want to take it too far. Should I stay faithful to her and keep watching his development? Looking forward to your advice!
