Is 3/4 of an ounce unusually abnormal?!

My female's weight was 5lbs. before getting pregnant...she delivered 6 puppies, delivered on approximately day 60/61 and her puppies weighed between 3.4oz. to 5.2 oz. The stud was 3.5lbs.

So, yes, I would say that a puppy that only weighs 3/4 oz. is definitely very, very small. I am not saying there will be anything wrong with the puppy, just be cautious and watch it's development.
