I did the Better Business Bureau in Florida. Thinking that they may pressure them into an arbitration. Guess what after 30 days, if they (the breeder) does not return their mail or calls they close the case. The complaint will stay in the breeders record for 3 years unless I contact them and tell them if we have a resolution. But they do nothing else...So much for that agency!
