I will do my best to shorten this long story. The picture below is Lucky, or so I call it, a black cat that showed up suddenly yesterday, and wanted in my house so bad...it kept leaving and coming back. I was on my back porch talking to my Grandpa (it was his birthday, so I called him) and Lucky jumped up onto my porch and came right to me which is when I noticed that Lucky is missing his left eye, and the right one is swollen (possibly infected?). Lucky is obviously young, and my husband got close enough that he didn't see any claws. You can't see it in the picture but Lucky is very trim and if Lucky were to stand up the stomach is very bulging (is Lucky a girl and having kittens?). I am allergic to cats, we can always hear cats fighting at night in my neighborhood. I don't know what to do, i would have to take it to the animal shelter and pay money to drop it off, that is my only option other than taking it to a vet and getting Lucky taken care of, but even still with no claws I can't keep Lucky as an outside cat in that condition. HELP....I need advice...I would get him cleaned up and keep him but i'm allergic.
