I train in westchester at the Porchester dog Obedience club. Great place with a long history in dog training - about an hour ourside of NYC.

A friend of mine is a top dog trainer in New York although she generally does TV work. I know she has private students. I could ask her if you like as well. In Manhattan, you have a lot of options.
