I've only been to SO Cal once, but my nephew lives in San Diego. I live just NW of Albuquerque in Rio Rancho - home of Intel. I have an 8 yr old 5 bdrm house walk out basement with mountain views 2700 sq ft + and it appraises about $280K. I've lived in Phx, Iowa, Dallas area, KS and ILL and this is one of the cheaper locations. Utilities except for water are much lower.
Where are you looking into moving? There's not much here in NM as far as cities go. |
