I was reading in my Yorkie book that it is called "snorkeling" or "reverse sneezing" like some of you mentioned. My two maltese do that quite often, but not Delilah yet. It says it is not anything to worry about, but it mimics collapsed trachea sometimes. If nothing ever happens after a spell, I would say you have a "snorkel baby" too!
