hi and welcome to feeding raw. are you going to be feeding raw on a prey-model basis or commercial, or a little bit of both? Lara feeds on a prey-model basis. I most feed a commercial frozen raw one, honestly because i'm a little lazy. I also supplement with fish oil and a joint supplement. i do not give vit e because i was never told about it but now i will look into it.
if your feeding prey-model you should be incorporating raw meaty bones in a meal almost every day and that should take care of the calcium your dog needs. feeding a true raw diet does not require you to supplement them with anything else. there is a great raw yahoo group that gives GREAT information.
