I'm not sure about doing that, she may see your yorkie and Maggie may become a target of theft. If you were to reach out to her, and she doesn't know you have a yorkie tell her you are "experienced" with this breed and are williing to help. Also if you want to go the extra 100 miles contact a rescue org for pitbulls, if you have one in your area and kindly ask the lady if she is willing to relinquish them. Overall it sounds like she is "over" the pitbulls and moved on to another dog, kinda like a trend.
