I am flying northwest, they allow 2 dogs if they fit in the same carrier and are under 15lbs. Technically they have an age restriction of 6 months sooo Im praying that they don't check out their health certs too closely, but I did pay for 2 dogs to travel, so Im not sneaking them at all.
