i knew someone would give us the snopes scoop
although they say it is not dangerous for human consumption, i don't want my daughter taking in hormones like that. which is why she drinks soy milk, we buy our meats labeled "hormone free" and such from the organic food store, same deal with our eggs...free roam, cage free. we try to do what we can to buy foods that are as natural as possible without being freaks about it. but i see 10 year old girls shopping for bra's and i can't help but wonder if it is because of all of the added hormones in our meats and dairy products. i just rather be safe than sorry with my little girl.
