She's adorable, but I wouldn't buy her.

There's no consistency in her litters which is telling me that she's not closely watching what she breeds to what and I'd be cautious about any health issues that could arise prior to two years of age. Ask and see if she offers any sort of guarantee for congenital defects for at least a year of age and what those terms are. If you agree w/ them, only THEN would I consider going for her.

I'd continue doing your homework if I were you.

Having the "Yorkie itch" can be a pain in the rear!
