One of my doctors has a sign up that says "We try to be on time so we ask that you are too" and they will do that. But in this case, they moved and didn't tell you!! I have had that happen and it stinks! You should have called to say you were late, but 10 minutes isn't bad. Usually Dr's run 10 minutes behind. I call to ask how behind they are before I rush over just to sit in a waiting room.
Unless you really like your doctor I would find a new one. I understand them not seeing you, but they at least should have apologized for not telling you that they moved!
