Default I did the same thing

I took my godson for the hayride at the apple farm, but to get the hayride you need to pick apples. On the weekend the smallest size they have is a peck! I am ONE person! hahaha so I have a TON of apples.

This is a yummy thing I did with them. I cored an apple and cut it in slices (did not peel it) then I put boneless pork chops in a baking pan with a shallow layer of water at the bottom, layered the apple slices on top of the pork chops, sprinkled with cinnamon, covered the pan in tinfoil with a couple steam holes poked into it and baked them for about 40 mins at 350. Its like porkchops and homemade warm apple sauce bc the apples get so soft! Its very yummy!!
