getting me started on healthcare in this country... ggrrrr... that was RUDE of them! First off they should not schedule an appt at 4:40 if they close at 5. That leaves you pressured to leave when you might have questions or concerns and need to talk to the doctor for awhile. Second these doctors get paid ridiculous amounts of money and the sad part is, its not like you can boycott health care!
Im sorry they did that to you. I find healthcare to be sooo impersonal and 'get in - get out' now. It really is sad!
My doctors office ALWAYS runs 30 -45 mins behind. If I make a 3pm appt, I never see the doc until 330 at the earliest! And they close the office from 12 - 1 everyday for lunch!
