I persoanlly would not even have to think about it.....there is no way I would give them my business again. I could understand if you were there after closing but you were only a few minutes late and to me it was their fault you were later because they relocated.
I respect the fact that they are a business and need to stay on schedule but having to stay until 5:05 to complete your appointment sounds very resasonable.
