Pixel. My male Yorkie was neutered yet he still had the urge. One morning we had the same issue. His little winkie was stuck. This was the first it had happened and I panicked and called the vet. He said to put an ice cube on it. Of course I couldn't leave it too long as it may burn him from being so cold. I know this may sound gross but, another way is to take a Q tip and put some vasaline on it and kind of put it under the skin to help ease it back in. Up until the day Newman passed away (almost ten years old) he was still trying from time to time to get a little piece. LOL. Horny little boys
