Everytime I go to the doctor I spend at least 30 minutes in the exam room after being called back. It really makes me angry that the Dr's time is so much more important than yours, and it was only 10 minutes. Also, the fact that they failed to tell you that they moved seems pretty low. It sounds as though they don't need any more patients.
