Oh I'm sooo sorry for you and for them. I feel their pain w/ you. I had 3 miscarriages and I know how devastating it is. There isn't anything anyone can say to take away the pain, but it's still important to be there for them like you are. You sound like a wonderful mother/MIL. I ended up having a uterine septum (my uterus was shaped like a heart basically instead of a pear) and after that was surgically removed I was able to carry a baby to term and now I have two beautiful daughters. Going through something like this really makes you appreciate your kids once you are finally blessed with them. The cream that scrappysmom was referring to is most likely progesterone cream. I had to use that also as a precaution after my surgeries (kinda like extra insurance for me). It was nasty, but it's amazing what you'll go through for those babies. Sorry to ramble.
