I had a Dr's appt. today. I was 10 minutes late...I was to be there at 4:40 got there at 4:50. The office closes at 5:00, they locked the door at 4:50 when I got there...I was late because I went to the location where I last went for an appt. since then they had moved and I wasn't aware of this, the phone # was still the same.... they refused to see me and told me to reschedule ...I told two people what had happened and they said they'd find a new Dr....
Was it my fault and suck it up or was that uncalled for???
