I'm lucky Coco doesn't bark (KNOCK ON WOOD), unless we're sleeping and she hears a noise. That I don't mind, infact I'm glad for, because sometimes I sleep so deep, I could get robbed and I wouldn't know it. But other than that I've yet to hear her bark at other people or animals or during the day in general. She's 5 months already. Maybe by discouraging the barking, she will stop. Like put her on time out, or ignore her when she barks, say NO! in a stearn voice. Try those. I think since I socialized Coco with people early early on (let family members/friends hold her, play with her all the time) she's not afraid or threatened in any way.
