Actually we are just north of you in Melbourne. I have these trees called Golden Rain Trees in my back yard and they go through three colors before going bare in the winter. They turn yellow, than orange than red.....sooooo pretty but VERY messy!
Yes Mia is haming it up in that last picture - she is a mess.
