I am so sorry about this, I hope Charlie has a speed recovery, and i'm willing to bet it's the tylenol. Tylenol is pretty much toxic period, but especially to animals....baby aspirin only. There is an ingredient in tylenol that makes it "tylenol" and just fries your liver, so imagine what it does to our fragile little babies. I would take definite action against that vet!
