Hi,
I have a litter of puppies which started as 6. One died after a short period of time and was the first born she was extremely tiny and had breathing difficulties.
The puppies are 4 days old and 4 are doing great. Very energetic and fat, the 5th baby girl i have had to hold on the boobie since day one. She seems a bit stronger but absolutely no weight gain in the last two days.........stays at 4 ozs. Should I supplement her also? I am scared to death she will aspirate fluid.........I dont want to replace mothers milk, I just needed some insight as to whether you would give her some replacement milk too?
Any info or ideas would be much appreciated
