At 6 months, she's probably not going to get too much bigger - maybe up to 3.5lbs. I think anything under 4lbs is too small to breed, and 5lbs is more ideal. There is just too big of a risk of her needing a c-section or having complications during birth. If she were my baby, I'd definitely have her spayed for her safety.
