Looks like you're doing a great job! Remember that you can also give fruits/veggies as snacks and treats. My two like lettuce leaves, baby carrots, frozen peas, raw green beans, bananas, peeled apples and peaches, and other fruits and veggies too! Just be sure they're cut up into yorkie-sized pieces!
I also sometimes give them a few plain cheerios when they need distraction-these work great in their "puzzle" toys, and are high in fiber and low in calories. I used them a lot when first training Emma to do tricks!
