This is how I sort of see it.. Lets say there is a new Chevie and Cadillac for sale.
The Chevie is nice but the testing is not being done as I would like and they cut corners to keep the price down.
The Cadillac has the best of everything and I know I am getting the best the people can manufacture.
I look at my pocket book and I find I can only afford the Chevie but I love the Cadillac. Am I supposed to expect the Cadillac company to lower their quality and standards so I can buy one
