sounds like you are doing a GREAT job... Solid Gold makes a great seameal suppliement... i make my own.. if you want the receipe you can PM me.. but it can cost a bit to buy all the ingredients... and you want to also include a calcium.. i used Solid Gold bonemeal. you don't NEED to cook your veggies... well at least the carrots.. the zucchini i just shred... and the lentins need to be cooked but you loose a lot of nutrients when you cook the carrots..
feel free to add fruit in there too yogurt.... apple sauce.... but soudns great so far!!
