new at homecooking Hi i just started to homecook for Manhattan and was wondering if i was doing it right heres what were giving him
for breakfast he gets either a scrambled egg and a spoonful of veggie and meat mix or 1/4 cup veggie meat mix
for lunch he gets about 2 spoonfuls of low fat cottage cheese
and for dinner he gets 1/4 cup of veggie/meat mix
his veggie meat mix includes
95% lean grounded sirloin
steamed sweet potatoes
steamed zucchini
steamed carrots
whole grain couscous
lentils
any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated
also, i was going to put him on a supplement, which do you recommend? |
