I am so sorry for Charlie! One of my dogs has been on steroids several times and that makes him VERY hungry. He also gains weight, but then loses it. I have never heard of giving a dog Tylenol before...I sure hope your vet didn't make a bad decision on that. I sure do hope Charlie recovers fully and quickly. I will be praying for him.
