Hmmm...I just don't know what to recommend bc I'm wondering what the actual diagnosis is...? It doesn't sound as simple as just "loss of appetite for 2 weeks" - what else does the vet say?
I think you should run any thoughts by your vet - but alot of times, an oil is recommended for skin issues. You could give flax oil, with food. But, how are his stools and can he have fat in his diet? What are feeding him now?
