Default Experienced yorkie owners, question about bladder infection?

Maggie is 18 months old, had a bladder infection this past january, cleared up with amoxicillin, xrays determined no kidney stone, she has been fine until last week, had blood in her urine, so I took her to the vet, didn't get urine sample, it's so hard with these little ones, and he gave her another round of amoxicillin. Blood in urine cleared up immediately, but she is still taking an unusually long time to urinate, she squats on her piddle pad and stays there a long time before she gets up.and yesterday she would squat and just urinate a tiny bit, two or three times in a row, not on her piddle pad but beside it, so obviously she is still having issues.

I've given her the amoxicillin twice daily since last Thursday morning and still have quite a bit left to give her. Should I be taking her back to the vet, or do I need to give it more time to work? She seems otherwise fine, playful, eating and drinking well.

Vet bills are so expensive, I don't want to take back unnecessarily, but I will if you all tell me that medicine should have cleared it up by now.

Thanks for the help.
