adorame, I'm sorry you & your kids have to go through that. You have to stand up for your kids, especially at home. I've had many conversations w/ the neighbor kids and I've sent some home but nothing changes in the long run. They're best friends when they're bored, when someone else is over playing they treat my girls like dirt. They're all too happy to go w/ us on trips or to do fun things with us. The neighbor girls CAN be nice, when they want to be, but it's almost like if I'm not there in the background they think they don't have to follow our rules of treating people nicely. I love it when I call a kid out about their behavior and they give me the innocent face like they didn't do anything wrong. I just can't convince Abby that if these girls were her true friends that they would be nice to her ALL of the time, not just when it suits them. I grew up in the country so I didn't have to worry about these types of things at home. It was just my sister, one neighbor girl who was 2 yrs younger than me, and me. If we didn't all get along we didn't have anything to do so for the most part we all played together. We live in a neighborhood now so there's no escape. I would love to move so that we could have some land and not have 150 houses around ours.
