Hi All,

My Abbi Rose has terrible mats and her coat is very cottony and soft. I cut her hair sometime back myself and now she looks so scraggly. Do you all think I should get her shaved or just let the hair keep growing. She is 4 lbs. and 6 months old. Is that still considered the puppy coat?
