Hello all I have been reading threw this thread and I do see both sides to this. I bought my not full blooded yorkie for two hundred and the lady said she "might be pregnant" and I am sure that some of you read my "help" thread a few weeks back. I would just like to say that I had a pretty smooth delivery compared to lots of breeders on here and I can see where all the money is in these dogs and all of the time, love worry, swet and tears, breeding dogs is not cheap by any means although some may be cheaper than others. I do have to say also I can see wanting to charge more for your pups so that you feel your babies are going to better homes, if some one pays $1000 for a pup there not just going to send it to the shelter next month. I also understand not wanting to spend that much of our hard earned money on a pup. It is such a toss up! I only spent 200 dollars on my baby and to me she is worth many more times that, But thats not saying that if I fell in love with a pup that was triple the price I would probally save, save, save! |
