Looks like a good fit to me. Is it an xsmall? He'd swim in a small. My yorkies and chihuahua are shown modeling the extra small. They are all just under 7 lbs and my Jack Russell mix is modeling her small jersey which is way to big and she weighs 12 lbs. I love Old Navy dog clothes.
