Parti colored, by definition can also mean any two colors I think with one color white. I have white and gold parti-colored yorkie. She is not a Biewer and she is not a tri-color.
Biewers are pretty pricey I think..in the $1000s for sure, but the experts on here can answer that better than me. They are still "in demand" and hard to get becuase there are so few of them.
