I am having the same problem, but Milo,(12 weeks old) doesn't always use the wee pad either. He has gone as far as to pee inside his little crate, which I have heard that dogs won't do. I cantacted an animal behaviorest and she said to make sure he had a lot of distance between his bed and the wee pad, we are trying that. She said we had better get really serious about house breaking because he is getting older and going to be more difficult to train. Milo is only 2lbs, 4oz. so it is hard to remember not to treat him like a tiny puppy.
