Ditto! Shutterfly is the best, GREAT customer service! They give free offers to continual members all the time! I never recieved an order (that was free already) and they replaced the order, no questions asked...except verifying the addy! hehe. I will continue to use them, oh and the quality is phenominal, and pricing is great!
